What exactly is IPTV?
Internet Protocol Television (IPTV) delivers live TV and on-demand content over your internet connection instead of through cable or satellite hardware. All you need is our login credentials and a device that can run an IPTV player.

Is this service legal where I live?
IPTV itself is simply a delivery technology. It’s your responsibility to ensure that using third-party streams complies with local copyright and viewing regulations in your country.


2. Packages & Ordering

Which plan should I choose?

  • Bronze (3 months) – short-term, seasonal viewing, first-time testers.
  • Silver (6 months) – regular streamers who want a lower monthly cost.
  • Gold (12 months) – best value; full-year coverage and extra perks.

How do I place an order?
Send an email to iptvstreamingforyou@gmail.com with:

  • Desired package (Bronze / Silver / Gold)
  • Your device or preferred app
  • Payment choice (Crypto or PayPal)
    We reply with a secure payment link and a step-by-step setup guide—usually within an hour during support hours.

Do you offer a free trial?
Yes. Request a 24-hour demo line in your email’s subject line and try before you buy.


3. Payments

Which cryptocurrencies do you accept?
Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), USDT (ERC-20 or TRC-20), Litecoin (LTC), and other major coins on request.

Can I pay with a credit card?
Indirectly—just choose PayPal at checkout and use your card through PayPal’s gateway.


4. Technical

What devices are supported?
Android & iOS phones/tablets, Android TV / Google TV boxes, Amazon Fire TV, Samsung/LG Smart TVs, MAG & Enigma2 boxes, Windows/Mac via VLC or dedicated players, Kodi, and any device that can handle M3U or Xtream codes.

How many devices can I watch on?
Each standard line supports one simultaneous connection. Gold includes two. Extra connections can be added—ask in your order email.

Do you provide an EPG (Electronic Programme Guide)?
Yes, most channels have auto-updating EPG data. Simply load the URL we give you into your player.

I’m getting buffering—what can I do?

  1. Reboot your router.
  2. Connect via Ethernet instead of Wi-Fi.
  3. Switch to another playlist profile (we supply backups).
    Still an issue? Email support with your line ID and we’ll check server-side.

5. Account & Billing

Can I pause or extend my subscription?
Subscriptions run continuously from activation, but you can renew early or upgrade to a longer package at any time. Remaining days roll over.

What’s your refund policy?
If you’re not satisfied within the first 24 hours after activation, we’ll issue a full refund—no questions asked.


6. Resellers

Do you have a reseller program?
Yes. Wholesale pricing, instant line creation, and marketing assets are included. Email us with the subject “Reseller Application” for tiers and panel access.


7. Support

What are your support hours?

  • Mon–Fri: 08:00–22:00 CET
  • Sat–Sun: 10:00–20:00 CET

Average response time is < 2 hours during office hours and < 12 hours overnight.
